Johannus, restaurant manager at Cartel´s
Meet Johannus! This gentelman from the Netherlands started with us as a part time chef, before he grew into the position as restaurant manager and also part-owner.
Kristin, booking- and accountmanager
Kristin began with us in 2014 as a bartender, then a waiter, then a restaurant manager. Almost 8 years later she is now our Booking and Account Manager for Sibus!
Ingvild, legal
Ingvild started as a part-time employee at Sumo in 2015, and worked here during her studies. As a law student, it was natural for her to work as a legal assistant at the head office.
Ion, executive head chef
Ion from Moldova started as a part time chef when he came to Norway. He is now the executive head chef for Sumo Restaurants. Funfact: Ion is also the guy behind the Ebi Ringo (in addition to many other of the dishes)!
